Remembering VE Day – 80th Anniversary

We warmly invite you to join us in marking the 80th anniversary of VE Day, a moment to remember the end of the Second World War in Europe and honour the sacrifices made. This will be a relaxed and friendly gathering open to all, at The Secret Kingdoms Bookshop on Calle Moratín 7, metro Antón Martín. We would be delighted if you would consider bringing along a cake or treat to share. There will be a few short readings and some songs of the era performed by a professional singer, interspersed with time to mingle and chat with fellow guests as we reflect, remember, and celebrate together.
