An Exhibition of Photographs and Articles and a Concert remembering over 200 men from our area who lost their lives during the War.
The exhibition will take place over 3 days from 2 pm to 7 pm from May 6th to May 8th and will feature over 300 articles, photographs and stories with videos.
On the evening of May 8th the event will conclude with an award winning Brass Band ‘Unite the Union’ from 7.30 to 9.30.
The Band will play songs from the era, featuring the Dam Buster March, Rule Brittania and Land of Hope and Glory.
The Exhibition is free and there will be a nominal charge of £5 for the Brass Band Concert, with proceeds to the British Legion.
The events take place in the Concert room of the Lord Conyers
