Products sold by the VE80 shop may be subject to local taxes and duties. Orders sent outside the UK might incur import taxes upon entry into the destination country. We cannot advise on or assume responsibility for these charges; your local Tax Office can provide more information.

Delivery Options Available

UK and BFPO Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and typically arrive within 3-5 working days.

International Delivery: Orders generally arrive within 14 working days.

Delivery costs depend on the supplier, as each supplier of VE80 merchandise has different shipping charges.

Products from the VE80 shop may incur local taxes and duties. Orders shipped outside the UK might be subject to import taxes upon entry into the destination country. We are unable to provide advice on these costs, and your local Tax Office can offer further assistance.

Can I Ship to a Different Address?

You can choose a delivery address different from your billing address, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s house. If delivery cannot be made because no one is available, a card will usually be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Where to Send Returns?

If you need to return your order due to a fault or incorrect item, please email the VE80 shop at shop@ve80.com to receive a pre-paid return label by email or post.

It is advisable to get proof of postage from your shipper in case there are issues during transit. We aim to process returns promptly upon arrival.

Exchanges and Refunds – Unwanted Items

We aim for complete customer satisfaction with purchases from the VE80 shop. If you are not fully satisfied with any item(s) in your order, please return them in their original condition (including all labels, tags, and packaging) with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

For online, telephone, and postal orders, we will refund postage costs only if a full order is returned within 30 days.

We cannot reimburse any postage paid to return an item.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on non-returnable items unless they are faulty. A detailed list is provided below.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. If a refund is issued, expect it in the same format as the original payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges and Refunds – Faulty Items

If a purchased item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, please return it with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, a replacement item will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For items returned due to faults, please contact the VE80 shop at shop@ve80.com to obtain a pre-paid returns label.

We cannot reimburse any postage paid to return an item.

Once the return is received, we will process it as soon as possible. Refunds should be expected in the same format as the original payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving your return.
